New Japanese trailer for the up-coming live action Blood: The Last Vampire out later this year. Chris Nahon creates a live action adaptation of popular Japanese anime, Blood: The Last Vampire

Blood: The Last Vampire ブラッドザラストヴァンパイア is an anime film produced by Production I.G and Aniplex and directed by Hiroyuki Kitakubo. The film premiered in theaters in Japan on November 18, 2000.

A manga Blood: The Last Vampire 2000 written by Benkyo Tamaok published in Japan in 2001 is a sequel of the film by Kadokawa Shoten. Viz Media in November 2002 modified the title to Blood: The Last Vampire 2002. Also a video game spawned from the success and a fifty-episode anime series, Blood+, Blood Plus which premiers on adultswim.
